Main Responsibilities:
1. Read, understand and apply booking processes requirements specific for eachclient
2. Manage daily bookings requested
3. Interface with clients as required, answering enquires fromregional/overseas offices regarding field assignments.
4. Identify the service requested by client
5. Verify that the booking information is complete and entered to the DB
6. Schedule and co-ordinate of local field assignments, based on resourcesavailability:
a) Assign proper local inspector of nearest location
b) Review with Technical Supervisor in order to assign a qualified Engineer.
c) Consider the color coding of QE status
7. Transfer the customer specifications to Technical Group as soon they arereceived.
8. Responsible for the travel (expenses) quotations
9. Advice Man-day/s after TS estimated and get account Manager
’sconfirmation prior our service.
10. Responsible for checking the work time consumed by the QE at the inspectionsite.
11. Daily monitoring of email correspondence from the account managers andclients
12. Monitors monthly manpower % Utilization.
13. Register and maintain "Golden samples" in the DB and physicalsample are stored with a sample tack in good condition. Update the inventorydistribution log.
14. Responsible for checking the work time consumed by the QE at the inspectionsite.
The candidate should have:
1. Bachelor degree or a graduate of any business management course or any relatedbusiness courses.
2. Familiar with all the office work functions
3. Good English ability in both oral and written
